The clock's hands over the sun indicate our closest star's role in marking the passage of time and constancy. The silhouetted figure with the compass-like rose at their chest is the Fool, standing amidst funerary willow trees and with a dark halo of eyes, recalling Judgement's illumination and call from the tomb. The central compass-rose starburst represents the World. All together, it's a mellow, contemplative, nocturnal scene of ecstatic balance and mystery.
